PMT-Short Axis (XBot Center)
① Click the Basic Motion \ Short Axis tab
② Choose XBot Center for the rotation center
③ Enter the XBot ID
④ Absolute Motion means Z, Rx, Ry, Rz are specified in absolute coordinates
⑤ Choose desired unit for rotation angles (mrad or degrees)
⑥ Enter target position (Z, Rx, Ry, Rz)
⑦ Enter speed parameters
⑧ Click “Send” when ready
Note:
- Rx and Ry are limited by the clearance between the XBot edge and Flyway surface.
- Rz limit differs by mover type. It is typically around 100 to 200 mrad. The Rz limit differs in the +Rz direction and -Rz direction.
