① Click the Basic Motion \ Short Axis tab
② Choose XBot Center for the rotation center
③ Enter the XBot ID
④ Absolute Motion means Z, Rx, Ry, Rz are specified in absolute coordinates
⑤ Choose desired unit for rotation angles (mrad or degrees)
⑥ Enter target position (Z, Rx, Ry, Rz)
⑦ Enter speed parameters
⑧ Click “Send” when ready
Note:

Rx and Ry are limited by the clearance between the XBot edge and Flyway surface.

Rz limit differs by mover type. It is typically around 100 to 200 mrad. The Rz limit differs in the +Rz direction and -Rz direction.
