Host PC to PMC Connection

Connect the PMC to the host using the M12-8-pin to RJ45 cable, as shown in the picture below.

At this step,

1. Make sure the power supplies for Flyways and the PMC are off.

2. Check the wiring for the PMC and Flyways according to Electrical Setup.

3. Connect the PMC’s ETH port to the host PC’s Ethernet port using the M12-RJ45 cable.

4. Turn on the power to the Flyways and PMC.

5. Wait until the PMC Status LED turns solid green or flashing green, this may take up to 2 minutes. 

The PMC Status LED is located next to the PMNet port. The LED colour and meaning are listed in the table below.
