Prior to installing the Planar Motor System at the site, the following components are required:

Mounting plate with mounting holes and cutouts for installation of the power cables, PMNet cables and water cooling. See Mounting Plate Guide for detailed requirements of Flyway mounting plates.

Users should consider the grounding requirements of each Flyway. Users can utilize the mounting plate as a ground plane with each Flyway grounded to the mounting plate through the four threaded mounting holes on the Flyway.
