Get Auto Loading Zone Status

This command is used to obtain the status of an auto loading zone, including its entry and exit positions, and if any XBot has been loaded.

Fieldbus Interface

PMC_AutoLoadingZone_GetZoneStatus 

Inputs

Execution of the function block begins on a rising edge of this input.

ZoneID

USINT

Zone ID, valid range [1,40]

PM_Controller

PMControllerType

Data structure that specifies which PMC to connect to. There should be only 1 instance of this variable for each connected PMC.

BOOL

Execution successful. Function block is finished. (Note: Done will not become TRUE if Execute is already FALSE) 

Busy

BOOL

Function block is active and must continue to be called.

Aborted

BOOL

Command aborted by another command.

Error

BOOL

If there is an error in processing the command, then Error = TRUE, otherwise, FALSE.

ErrorID

UINT

0x0: All OK. Otherwise, please see PMC Reply Codes.

ZoneState

USINT

0: Undefined; 1: Defined; 2: Unloading zone; 3: Loading zone

EntranceExitState

USINT

0: Busy, not ready for a new XBot; 1: Ready for a new XBot to be loaded/unloaded

numXbots

USINT

Number of XBots in the zone

xbotID

USINT

XBot ID of the XBot that has been loaded to the zone, or XBot ID of the XBot ready to be unloaded from the zone

ZoneX

REAL

X coordinate of the zone entrace position or exit position (m). Unloading Zone: Send an XBot here to be unloaded. Loading Zone: Loaded XBots will be sent here by the PMC

ZoneY

REAL

Y coordinate of the zone entrace position or exit position (m). Unloading Zone: Send an XBot here to be unloaded. Loading Zone: Loaded XBots will be sent here by the PMC
