This document summarizes cable clearance requirements for straight and right-angle cable configurations, highlighting minimum spacing constraints, installation/removal considerations, and recommendations to avoid cable or connector damage.
Straight Cables
Clearance
Notes:
-
Spacing less than 200mm is physically achievable but is not recommended as it violates safe bend radius limits and risks permanent cable/connector damage.
Right-Angle Cables
Clearance
Notes:
-
When power cables are plugged in, they extend up to 65mm past the Flyway feet. This spacing does not allow for removal of the power cables.
-
80mm provides the minimum clearance where cables can be physically inserted/removed. Greater clearance is recommended as it will improve ease of installation and removal.
