A DC power supply prototype box PSB-1500-XX is provided for the convenience of quick prototype a planar motor system in office or R&D environment so that customers don't need to worry about building a control cabinet. For real applications, customers are required to build a professional control cabinet on their own to house the DC power supplies PS-1500-DIN and wire the STO according to these instructions.
It should be noted that the plastic housing of the Flyway Power Supply Prototype Box is not design for industrial use and the STO wiring inside the box is to bypass the STO to allow quick test.
Each DC power supply PS-1500-XX is capable of providing power to up to eight 3-Series Flyways or four 4-Series. This power supply is provided preinstalled in an enclosure so it can be used in a machine without an electrical cabinet. When used with the 3-Series system, the DC output voltage should be set at 48 VDC nominal value; when used for 4-Series flyways, the DC output should be set at 54 VDC nominal value.
The table below lists the available socket types based on the country of use. This enclosed power supply comes with the customer's selected lengths of Flyway and PMC power cables installed.
